Can't Join ENT games, not banned please help!!

Why you should be unbanned: Because I am not banned, but simply cannot join games. Only reason I can think of is range banned. Still I checked on ban list and I am not currently banned, Please help thanks.

There was a technical issue posted on the forum with regards to ENT11 & ENT38 not being available on US West battle.net server. Tested this out myself and wasn't able to join (both bots host the Dota games you tend to play). Try out another server until the bots have been fixed.

If you're having issues with other bots let us know, but if you only tested with dota this is probably the issue you're running into.
