Make Command Attack More Usable

I find that especially later in the game there are a considerable amount of units sitting back un-aggroed. Often times this can make or break whether the player can clear the wave. I ask that you make the aggro range larger, and/or make command attack more usable by increasing its radius and reducing the cooldown. Thank you for your time.
