Where to post to get a player banned?

Was just in a game with a player who went afk after round one untill round four came back built a little and then went afk until round 9 again. Other team did not want to kick and when i asked the guy why he joined rated games if he was gonna afk he told me to fuck myself and called me a beach. I mean sure im hot and close to the water but i aint no god damn beach! He´s on europe battle net name maxsimus and ive got the replay to prove it all. Make a Forum sektion for this with a prepared form maby?
