Question about AS (1v1 MEGA)

Hi,

I am fully aware antistuck isn't allowed in 1v1 mega games. Wiki says *Unless creeps are actually stuck*... Just what exactly does that mean?

I had a situation yesterday where my opponent used it on lvl 31, at the end when you send a blood orc to split.

Can someone confirm that this is not allowed? It didn't make any difference to the outcome of the game, I was gonna lose anyways. Although I must admit that I find it kind of ridiculous that an admin (Ghery) actually used antistuck. As far as I know, mods are not above the rules.

ghery is not part of the entstaff he just donated for a colored name.
using antistuck on 31 is not allowed on the current version.
