The wisps on my team kept moving in this game. Why is that?

Movement times:
39:00 Purple
39:36 Teal
40:08 Red
42:20 Blue
43:04 Purple
44:44 Red
etc etc.

Always 3 wisps and always seem to try to move towards the centre.

Someone was using antistuck on wisps - which is banable.
