Disconnnect during Arena in LTD

Disconnnect during Arena in LTD, why does this happen? it is a common issue.... and is it fixable? It is extremely irritating.
I've seen someone suggest not to watch arena, which I do think is the best way to dodge this problem... but sometime you will end up watching it anyways and the problem persists
