Antistuck abuse by the enemy team?
Never seen units go back to their startingspots and idling there..

This happends sometimes. The units are telepoted to mid after u killed all enemys sends. It's a anoying cross-bug

Its not only happening sometimes. If u leave a "send" unit from ur own lane ur units wont teleport before the "send" unit is killed. This will happen everytime u leak a send

It is not a bug. It is a consequence for crossing. Building the appropriate amount of delay considering ur towers and splash is part of going cross building.
You can also kill the sends with king if there arent many and allow ur towers to tp mid.
