Ban request

Sorry if this isn't the right place to post a ban request but I'm not exactly sure how to do this correctly; it's my first time requesting a ban.

User Gang.Bang.Cat intentionally just ruined a 3.5 Beta Legion TD game by incorrectly placing delay as an incomer on level 10. Talked trash all game.

Please advise if there is anything else I need to do to complete this request.
