"Do not refused to learn"
after trying to talk with you for 20 min, you never answered, team tryed, no answer, you went vang (who's ok) with maelstorm on naga instead of going difusal and trying to team cooperate.

i don't think this is fair. he never plays naga and it was random mode. yes you told him the items but maybe he wanted to try something new. vanguard is not a bad item on naga. With diffusal, he would have low hp and die easily. we just had better heroes for teamwork. Best nick does his best when he is able to pick the heroes he wants. i would unban him. He didn't know it was random mode because the bot didn't notify him. he probably wouldn't have joined if he knew.
The rule to ban someone for refusing to learn/cooperate is over a long period of time. Since he usually only plays warlock/zeus and gets the correct items with those heroes, I don't see how he refused to learn/cooperate in one game that he got a hero he doesn't play. refusing to cooperate/learn would be if he plays a few heroes only many times and still doesn't improve. like bobby picking drow and still sucks every game, then you'd have to ban him for not improving.
in team fights, he tried his best. we just so happened to get heroes that we all like on our team so he didn't have time to figure out how to use his hero. it's not like he was intentionally dying or feeding.
maelstrom was a bad item to get but idk how just getting one item is bannable. you can make recommendations but idk, one item he made banned for five days isn't fair considering players make all kinds of items and never get reported for ruin.

Can you read my appeal ? i said vanguard (who's ok), maelstorm ? it's not about one item, it's about his behavior in all games, he is everytime not answering, everytime not trying to improve, not listening any advice and doing his own business. That's one more reason for him to take advices if he is probably playing naga for the first time.
I did not banned him 5 days of course
