Keep in mind, the appeals were processed due to no response, not because we solved the issue.

I moved to a new house Sept 1, 2016 so presumably have new IP, but Im not sure if the ban started at that time. I rarely play apem because I get sick of playing against the same heroes every game (LOOKS AT LC). I have been caught in rangeban before, no idea why. Ive played ENT for years and must have an impeccable record of staying. Only leave when I get disconnected
