Asking for advice to solve the "proxy-ip-problem"

Why are you banned: proxy ip
Why you should be unbanned: i just joined the island-defense-community and got banned for using a proxy ip. As far as i know i dont use any programm to change my ip but it might be possible that my provider uses this as a special service. I got banned right after the 1st of December so i guess my ip-adress had been changed back then. Is there any solution to reactivate my account and not getting banned every single month? I don't know yet if i'm able to deactivate the service....

- i've just learned about your hosted games so i guess i haven't used any account but "Zagaan". I had to reactivate/recreat this account because the account i've used several years ago had been deleted caused by inactivity. In order to play WC III i bought the game again so maybe ENT had hosted those games like 6 or 7 years ago while the 'old' Zagaan had been in use.
