We can only whitelist one account at any time. Which server do you want to play on most regularly? Any such issue with the bots should be temporary.

You are already whitelisted on europe, so that's where the whitelist should stay then. Unfortunetly if the bots are down on Europe you'll just have to wait until they come back up again. This shouldn't be a permanent issue.
