Why are you banned: art)y, proxy ip, rangeban, I guess because I was changing targets with King too fast and tried it for the first time ever so i prolonged the game.
Why you should be unbanned: I did it for the first time ever and since other players told me it is forbidden, i immediately stopped. Never did it before not even after that ever again.

You aren't banned, but the proxy server you are trying to connect with is banned. If you use the original IP that you were already connecting with, you will be fine.

Well I'm not using any IP proxy server. I am just on a different network (in other town, than I usually play from) and it seems like this network IP is considered as proxy (every time you change your network ur connected to it changes your IP or am I wrong?). I tried to connect through my mobile hotspot and it works fine, no ban while on mobile hotspot.
Why would Entgaming ban me for being elsewhere, therefore using different network (with different IP ofc, since it is dedicated)? I mean can't I play from home and then from my grandpa's place since I am here on vacations?

As CheW said above, you are not actually banned. One of your IPs is recognised as a proxy ( which is not allowed ), the 2nd one as a university connection, and the 3rd one as a normal, legit IP.
You mentioned you are on vacation. Could you please tell me for how long you'll stay there, approximately?
To get around this, we can add one of your accounts to our whitelist. While you're playing on that whitelisted account, our range bans won't affect you. Keep in mind you can only have 1 account whitelisted at all times.
Please pick a username and a realm for us to whitelist.
