Unbanning

Why are you banned: Dodgin
Why you should be unbanned: I was told to wait the 3 weeks before trying to be unbanned again by @FalenGa

I have waited close to a month, and haven't broken any rules and haven't dodged anything as we have previously discussed and I am again seeking remedy for an unban. Please and thank you.
