Unclear reason why banned until 2018-07-14 (Range ban, TID: 113879)

Why you should be unbanned: If i knew why then i could request that reason?????

Attached a screen grab from the screen after attempting to join a game.
Need an admin to explain exactly what this means.

Username is nothing i have ever had
Gamename is blank so cant check what the game was.
Reason is displayed as : Range ban, TID: 113879
Admin: Falenga

Would just like someone to give some form of explinaton as to what this actually means.

I can whitelist one account for you that you can use for playing on the ENT Gaming bots.
Please let me know the name, and realm you wish to be whitelisted on.

Do note, you can choose one username to be whitelisted, and after 2 months you can switch the whitelisted username.
