Why are you banned: Game ruining apparently
Why you should be unbanned: I play a lot of games on ENT and don't have a history of not following the rules. My computer froze up I couldn't type or click. I thought that getting kicked would be better then just rebooting apparently that was wrong. Like I said not attempting to go against the guidelines.

In the future, leaving is better than going afk. If you would have left your team would have won, going afk made them lose. Do you understand?

@chew yes again not an intentional thing I play a ton of games with ENT I wouldn't just ruin the game on purpose.
