The account you're currently using belonged to a different user a few months ago. This previous user brought the stay % down to ~50, and when you recreated the account you also inherited its bad stay %. This means every time you disconnect/leave a game, you will be receiving a longer auto ban than what you normally should.

I have two recommendations for you,

1) Create a new account once you get unbanned. This will get you back up to 100% stay rate.

2) Get a reconnection tool. They are free, easy to install, and can reconnect you to the game in most cases. Gproxy++ DLL is highly recommended.
