You get banned one year for dodging. You can't "unban" yourself faster as that's called dodging. Considering the duration of your ban, you should take the three week deal Falenga is offering you.

Since you played while you were still banned, regardless of not knowing, you are banned a year. You must wait the duration the moderator asked and reappeal without attempting to dodge, or dodging. His offer is as is, no more, no less, and void if you dodge.
