Just bought the game and i am banned from ENT servers

@Roulund When you try to join a game, it should give you a message, which contains a Topic ID (TID) - Can you please try to join again, and post here that TID number?

And it looks like you were caught in a rangeban (meaning that a player was found dodging his initial ban, by changing his IP/username, and to prevent him from further dodging, a rangeban was issued, on which a series of IP's are banned, to ensure this player no longer dodges/ruins games; However innocent users might be caught within this range, which seems to be your case, and after the moderators check this post/your information, they might whitelist one of your accounts so that you're free to play on their bots as long as you use this account)

So, in order to help the moderators assist you, could you please inform what type of games are you looking forward to play (Ex: DotA, Island Defense, Legion TD, HellhaltTD, etc.)?

PS: If you're by any chance connecting to ENT servers using a VPN/Proxy, then that might be the issue - so switching it off, and using your real IP, will solve the issue.

I am actually Roulund cousin, i was the one who talked him into buying the game, and playing [ent] hellhalt td.
He is not home atm, so i will provide said infomation.

His previous account is Roulund, as it was his first and only account he had ever created after buying the game.

Primarily only hellhalt td, but it would be nice if he were to be whitelisted on all servers.

The last time was 20 minutes before this appeal was done = Thu Mar 22, 2018 4:28 pm.

In my opinion its crazy that i just bought the game and i am banned from all ENT servers + that i have to wait more than five days untill a modarator Will check my case.
And Falenga is skinger me a ridiculous question, in asking me of my previous Warcraft accoucts and when the last time i played was, when om in the start of this whole convesation tell Them that i just bought the game and i havent played on any ENT servers before.

And you are telling me that They are very busy this month. Its okay that They are busy sometimes but They could start Reading my appeal before asking me further questions.
