First, votekicking because a wrong mode is entered is bannable, thus you should be banned for that.

If a player inputs a wrong mode without announcing in lobby, you cannot kick. Instead, if the game doesn't draw, play on until it is over, and report the player here.

Second, yes you did leave before draw.

Amazes me how you're an ex-moderator and question that (when it was common knowledge certain situations are not votekick-able, such as wrong/unannounced mode, flaming, etc. -> ergo you report it at the end of the game): mb things changed, but what Mariah said used to be correct

I wouldn't state something unless it is something that had applied, or still does, from my time as staff:

We did not allow nor endorse vks based on flaming (use the !ignore command and report), incorrect mode (play on if it doesn't draw and report), or suspicion or inmap trigger of and for maphack (it may be a glitch and a moderator must confirm, it is not up to a player and cannot be kicked for it instead reported for after the game.)
