Why you should be unbanned: Returned into WC3 after a long rest to see that I'm banned. The last maps I've played on ent that I recall is DotD at start of summer or end of the spring. I haven't any other accounts (Only accounts with same nickname on the other realms in case if one will shut down) or anything like that, playing only wc3.

1) Just "RedCrown"s accounts on other realms, but they has been used 1-2 times when europe realm was shut down for maintenance.
2) DotD (Dawn of the Dead)

1) Whitelisting account RedCrown@europe.battle.net. You need to be using this account to play ENT games. This account can be switched once every 2 months.

2) Do not use VPNs to access our bots. I see you have in the past and VPN usage is not allowed. You are whitelisted now so you should never need to use a VPN.
