Banned without knowing why

A range-ban is the term ENT uses when they do a widerange of IP-bans. This is usually because someone has a similar IP address to your own and was using your current IP to dodge a ban on themselves.

Unfortunately the only way you'll be able to play is by asking for a white-listed account.

Admins will need to know the account name, and the gateway on battle.net that you wish to use.

Ex: Yarragon#USEast.battle.net

You'll be able to change the white-listed account every so often after that if you so desire.
