Appealing for innocent autoban regarding getting crashed

Your Warcraft III username: DontCallSoloMid
Realm/Gateway: Asian Realm Gateway
Why are you banned: I am autobanned by the bot because I got a Warcraft III crash ever since after the latest most recent update.
Why you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned asap because it wasn't my will or intention to get autobanned as since Warcraft III client playing at a cyber cafe got crashed ever since the latest updated patch.
