I had a topic before 8/10 h and an admin answered me that i had a ban, that expired. Yes, but I'm not allowed to enter games yet. When i join game it says range ban TID:131934 till 08.2019... I rly don't know what is this... If it is a mistake ip ban, please unban my ip.

i want to add a comment, now i joined with my main - pooooop, but when i try to connect with my old main account - ne6tosmisleno, i was banned. Can you please tell me why? The other account is a very old ent accoun.

@ne6tosmisleno Still having issues? There's the possibility you rolled a bad IP. The bans most likely have to do with such, not usernames.

I am able to play with pooooop account. I have no ban there, but there is a dude that is raging me and i want to change for some time to play with my other account. When i join with ne6tosmisleno it gives message i am banned til 2019. I just checked still banned. 10x for helping me. BR

There in a ban dodger in your IP range, which is why i had to ban it.

I noticed back when i placed the ban that you are innocent, which is why i added your account, pooooop@europe.battle.net , to our whitelist. While you're playing on a whitelisted account our range bans don't affect you.

You can only have one account whitelisted at all times, and you can change it once every two months. Would you like me to remove poop and add the new one, or do you wish to keep things as is?

The problem is with this crashes of the game after the update. I lost 450 elo after the update. once in 5/6 games im drope. I don't want to destroy my account but i want to be able to use it maybe when the fix the game. Also a dude is raging against me when we play cuz i was droped once in a game we ware owning and i don't want him 2 know my account, so if possible add this one Sharp . I just did it for this. 10x

As i said, you can only have one account whitelisted, so i assume you are okay with removing poop from the whitelist?

I understand the inconvenience those crashes have brought, so in this case i can remove the 2 months no-change duration. Meaning you can switch your whitelist back to your main once the crashing issues are fixed.

@ne6tosmisleno What realm is "Sharp" and are you aware by switching whitelists, it will remove poop and replace with this one. Following that, you'll be unable to change again for 2 months.
