Am I banned?

Why are you banned: I am uncertain but I think it was when I left a game of Survival Chaos
Why you should be unbanned: The game was finished (for me at least) I had no buildings or units left, I played for a while until I could then left the game when I had nothing left (just like everyone). I have not done any lame tactics, left the game early nor use any cheat or hacks. I have been looking for my name in the ban list but I cant find it, yet I am almost certain I am banned since this is what I see when trying to join an ENT game:

I have been an active member in warcraft for the last 10 years and currently play it daily (I have like 1000+ games in many of the lobbies) I think this ban is pretty unfair and I would like to request it to be removed since I cant play with ENT lobbies anymore.
