It appears you are attempting to connect from a VPN/proxy server. We do not allow any form of proxy servers to be used while connecting to ENT bots. If you return to using your residential IP, you should be able to join ENT games with no problems.

Im not on any VPN/proxy server, what should i do to fix that?

Can you check that you aren't using one? It's possible your antivirus/windows is using one for extra protection - this would need to be disabled. When I look up your IP, it comes back as a proxy server.

When im checking http://amibehindaproxy.com/ it says im no behind any proxy u can see on the attachment

I see. I can whitelist a single account for you. Are you using WC3Connect? Otherwise, if I whitelist an account it will become useless in a couple of week since ENT will only be using WC3Connect soon.

I can whitelist a regular Bnet account, but we will have to repeat the process in the future once the new patch drops and I'd prefer not to do that.
