A proxy server is sometimes used by antivirus software. Check windows defender and your antivirus to ensure you are not using a proxy server/VPN.

If you no longer see games under LAN - make sure you are on 1.30.1 patch and not 1.30.2 - this will be shown at the bottom right of your frozen throne main menu page. You can downgrade to 1.30.1 here: viewtopic.php?t=135760#p524895
