For lack of a better term, this appeal was neglected. Wasn't your fault nor was it mine. I know you have attempted to reach out to myself/other staff via the discord and still yielded little to no response on your case.
Truth is, the moderators whom initially dealt with your rangeban did it rather "differently" than our usual process and due to lack of answers from them, my own personal investigation into your case ran rather "cold" for myself.
My own conclusion into your situation was that you're lying to me, to be honest. From what I remember of the evidence, there were precise matches that tied you to said dodging individual and when you came in here stating you didn't play dota - that's where confusion started. Needless to say, this would've been better handled by the initial moderators since they would technically know your case a lot better than I but they don't want to touch it for some reason.
So here's what I'm going to do -
At this time, I don't have reason to believe you're connected with the dodger. After having looked back into 2 accounts which were flagged for being linked (yourself/the dodger) - there's evidence to support you're not the same person. And since you have waited upward of 2 months, I will whitelist an account of your choosing to be able to play again. Please let me know what account that will be and I will whitelist it as soon as you respond.
