Its just a flat additional 3 seconds for all tps after the first person to tp. I believe the tower resets by the time your next tp is off cd.

I'm noob but some of my tips are:

1. Abaddon tips - use shield on allies to dispel stuns, sheep etc. it can even dispel doom (though cannot dispel doom once doom bringer has purchased agha). If your about to die then kill yourself by using first skill (death coil?)
2. Treant ult - can escape with manta, can't escape with euls
3. You can cast spells in crystal maiden's frostbite
4. Use veno serpent wards to block enemies path between trees
5. Toggle off maphack when Astros is video calling you
6. Learn to masturbate with your left hand so that you can still use mouse to play one handed
7. Bara - use smoke while charging to avoid being seen by river wards
8. Avoid playing with master_pain, vostok, hexar, hihello/fckbeerlord, computer easy.

Jugg's omnislash and doom will also go through BKB.

Nerub's carapace will stop channeling spells like witch doc's death ward and crystal maiden's ultimate.

I find ghost scepter helpful on initiating heroes like husk and axe to buy some time during big fights.

Pugna is still able to attack decripified units phisically with desolator, maelstrom and mjollnir. Orb effect of these items goes through decripify.
