slarkypick : I don't know what's his problem with me but he started ruining my team and my games. I guess he didn't like the way I play and got mad at me so bad, last 4-5 days he is constantly ruining my games. 2 days ago he picked bara and have less than 2-3 charges for outnumber and gang whole game. even other team players started to get angry and let him know he is wasting everyones time throwing like this.

He' not ruining. He just talks like that and goes on farm mode.

Just play against and ignore him.

Suggestion: He's been told many times to rush scepter, follow team for team pushes with his wards when it is off cooldown, and to stop building useless items that delays his scepter.

Très bon point. Je suggère que ça devient une quasi obligation d'écouter les bons conseils des meilleurs de ce jeu. C'est un jeu qui se gagne en équipe et sans une équipe, c'Est très compliqué de gagner ...

J'aimerais qu'on implante une règle de leadership dans les parties.

Impossible car la majorite des gens pense qui son assez bon pour etre les leaders ou ils ne se soucient tout simplement pas assez de te laisser les diriger. Les statistiques sont pas relevant ici. Regulierement je poste des records de 70-75 jeux gagner par 100 match, en jouant des roles non-carry, donc en utilisant ma connaisance du jeu pour guider les gens dans le jeu et jai des gens qui pense qui savent meilleur que moi. Cest simplemenet un cas ou la majorite des gens qui jouent encore sont completement stupide ou troll. Vaut pas la peine de meme essayer. Joue sur des smurf si tu veut jouer pour tamuser, et joue reellement sur tes comptes regulier quand tu voie la salle dattente avec au moins 1-2 autres personnes que tu connais veut jouer en equipe si ce genre de choses t'interesse.

Tell me your biggest and most valid concerns with a player you believe is game-ruining. Mike and I will speak to them to try and get them to make improvements if they are valid concerns.

Stop afking when the game starts. It's frustrating and annoying that you continuously get banned for it and still don't see an issue with it.

Behavior : pulls our creeps to his natural fight and make our tower destroyed in minute 2 always. I warned him like 1234324 times about this, he doesn't care. Also he left the team at teamfights lately. That must be his last joke.

Solution : I couldn't find, hope someone else can.

can you guys please talk him about this? I tried to talk him about this at least 20 times.. he is neglecting me..

he is doing this on every game. cost us a tower at minute 2. when he is doing with earthshaker, use stun and block the road to kill, it make sense, but he is doing it with any hero and 8 times out of 10, tower hp goes half or totally gone.. it's always uncomfortable laning with him or know that he will give away teams tower for his natural farming.. and it's the lowest gold or xp of naturals..

You'd think if you lose 80% of your games with a hero, you'd play something else. Oh well what can you do. Jazzy has made no improvements from his ban (in gameplay or attitude) and the next one is only a matter of time.

Don't really care about the gameplay. There are way worse players on this platform.

However, as @EdteOfChaos2 says, it seems that Jazzy has not adjusted his attitude at all during his time in the shade. Please change your ways or it will be inevitable that the community repels you again Jazzy.
