I spoke with Godlyke in the lobby and asked him to review the DotA Gameplay Expectations & Rule Enforcement Guide (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=148678).

I issued him a warning and reminded him that he was previously banned in February for game-ruining. I made it clear that if he's reported again and found guilty, the next penalty will be a 3-month ban.

Ye. Thats what he does. Not that he cares though. He always trolled. Like playin bone with radi or picking riki having 0 items for more than 10 mins doing nothing.

You can't be serious!? Get rid of this guy and let him figure it out somewhere else. Being too lenient on players like bobby and pegase is just going to give you more work.

A bad DotA player who understands what's expected and is genuinely trying is very different from one who has no idea what the game expectations are and mistakenly believes they’re playing it the right way.

That rule is reserved for newer or returning players who are still learning and/or getting back into the game. Obviously, these players deserve a learning period to adjust. It isn't reserved for one of the longest reigning ENT DotA players recorded, which you are. There's a difference between having a bad game versus being bad every game - which you are.

You have enough games under your belt to at this point, understand how to play the game.

Refusal to learn or cooperate is a reason for ban and you're blatantly trolling when you build Eul's and Radiance with Clinkz.

You should get to playing serious because you're probably due for a very long ban.
