How does adding an empty Unban form in every ban post help?

P.S. Also why are all bans posted in Ban Appeals (=Unban Requests) and not in Ban Requests?

They closed the ban requests forum years ago and I suppose no one with the power to re-open it is here anymore. It doesn't really matter, ENT will never get any new players again and everyone here knows how it works now.
