Why do i get banned?

Realm/Gateway: Garena
Why are you banned: rangeban...VPN/proxy TID: 29119... banned by nabo.
Why you should be unbanned: I think I don't deserve this ban since I just playing in this internet cafe' And I don't really know the reason I got banned... maybe someone was just got banned who played in this shop and then all the players who wants to play in ENT were automatically got banned....
I think it's so unfair...... and what is the meaning of this VPN/proxy TID: 29119... I just can't get it so please unban me...

Any recent account you have used to play ENT?
