Info on why im banned

Realm/Gateway: west
Why are you banned: Game ruining?
Why you should be unbanned: Im not sure why i was banned i went to the ban but there is no game name or replay i dont remember this can i get some more information?

Im not really sure why im banned i dont remember afking i havnt even played a game yet today? I searched the ban but all its say is Game ruining AFk no replay or game name?

You went afk at the most crucial moment of the game, causing your team to lose. Any comments on that? It's the second time you have done this. From what I saw, you went afk because you died many times.
