I would like to know why I am banned. Only in Dota namely as range Ban executed by Admin: nabo. TID: 46905 but I find no record.
And I do not know why I made yesterday for the first time on the Ent Bot Dota 2 games and now I'm banned. Why?
Is that again only arbitrariness by an admin? (NABO).

Whether I plan to play Dota ...
For no reason, I did not well made 2 games on the Ent Bot.
And then I was by NABO. spellbound.
And it seems like no reason, without any notice, entry or otherwise and that's the problem. Not if I plan to play Dota.
But hey yes I I had it before.

An ip range is banned, not specifically you or your current ip.
An ip range is set up when there is a maphacker or a ban dodger.

So, yes, it matters whether you play dota or not.
