^ That explains what occured and the steps I have tried to fix it.

I do not know of any other reason as to why I might be banned unless it is due to connecting from two different gateways because of the issue (see support ticket, cannot connect US east).

As of right now, you are allowed one username at one realm. Have you tried connecting to useast recently?
