I am confused he didn't sell his items, he didn't go afk, like wtf. Did the Admin even look at the game. Effectively communicated? what a fucking load of bs. There was hardly anything said and I didn't see him running into our base. Like I have played some games with some shitty players. I have never vkicked a shitty player. Axe was just a shitty player.

There was no vkick against the player who actually deserved the vkick till the end of the game.

Basherdrow the person who requested this ban is trying to votekick abuse. I think they should be the one banned to be honest.

There is no communication to use about why this person should be kicked...

There is some arguments on sentinel. Scourge just busy since it is towards the end of the game. Scourge has it's own drama. We are trying to end the game at this point.

Axe wasnt the player who sold his items, centaur was. And yes I watched the entire game. And yes it was effectively communicated. Sorry, but these are ENT rules. If you want to appeal your ban, this is not the avenue to take.

They tried to ban axe first. It was not until the end of the game they tried to ban cent. There was one statement. That is it. At the end of the game while we are ending the game. (21:09 / All) basherdrow: sold item and grieving

At this point we are mid battle and raxing. The game is over and we missed this as we were dealing with our own drama.

Would you ban sentinel for Vkick abuse? They did try to kick axe for no reason. I think that is where are confusion lies. Plus we were in the middle of ending the game. The game was under 30 minutes.

To be honest you didn't address really any points that were mentioned previously. I watched the game and it was a hectic game for us. We have lvls under 6 raxing. I don't know if you play dota, but that is pretty hectic and hard and requires focus.

Plus when you try to vkick abuse earlier. You lose some credibility. I am just shocked that none of this is being acknowledged or considered.

point one: it was not they that tried to kick axe, it was the game ruiner.
point two: two votekicks were initiated against the game ruiner
point three: there was more than one statement
So far you are 0 for 3.
I would ban a player for votekick abuse. But I dont stack infractions on top of one another. The game ruin carried the longer penalty so he got that.
To be honest you are not showing much awareness of the game which I watched very carefully.
I agree you lose credibility with repeated votekicks, but you should have been aware it was the game ruiner trying to kick axe.
And this is all acknowledged and considered. I put a lot of time into this, and am still doing so.
This will take a long time to sort out if we do this by replies. If you want to come to chat it might be faster.

Is there other occasions that they tried to tell us that they were kicking someone for sold items and greiving?

This is all i found. correct me if I am wrong.

However, when we are busy playing the game, sometimes we overlook votekicks. Perhaps they could have paused the game or to make sure we understood the situation. Its hard to confirm with just one players claim that the player sold items.
Also, there was no way we could have verified that the player sold all items.


They could have "effectively communicated" with opponent players so we know. One player that says in one occasion that the player sold items/afk. I don't think it is enough to let all the players in the game know.

Its clear that me, Lee and bunch of other players were not aware of the situation.

I never not kick a game ruiner, I usually pause the game for people and communicate.
Especially, when even their team has not all typed !yes, its really hard to tell if the player basherdrow is grieving, or its in fact a game ruiner votekick.

Please unban me.

Hi CSauce you are correct, those are the chat lines that indicate the need for the votekick. I understand the sometimes hectic nature of the game. I understand that sometimes votekicks are overlooked. But this one should not have been. I know what a fine player you are, and I know you are mostly aware of ENT rules. But in this instance I think you need a tune up. You should not pause the game ever, as this is bannable. The reason it is bannable is that it sometimes causes players to be disconnected. So please, dont do that. Take the time to communicate, as I have seen you do. You have to submit your own ban appeal and I would be happy to unban you. Go to our wiki and read and then copy and paste the rules pertaining to votekicking in your appeal. And please ask your friend Lee to do the same.
