Why you should be unbanned: jihad@useast.battle.net took advantage the votekick rule and used it to ban me and my team. My team was winning and jihad@useast.battle.net team was failing, so noonetosave@useast.battle.net decided to do !ff. His team ignored his !ff, so he used an alibi about his work to leave that game, Here's the rest of the story from reading the chat below.

Me and my team decide to use votekick on jihad@useast.battle.net, since he refuses to !ff unlike airbinder@europe.battle.net , to end the meaningless game with leavers. We used votekick for a good cause of ending the meaningless game early, its 2vs5 what else you can think/say about that game.

Isn't unfair to be banned like this even its 1day ban!

I'll add this just to make sure.

4 Votekick Rules can apply to my unban request.
1st - Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked, and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
2nd - Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.
3rd - You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
4th - If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.

jihad@useast.battle.net reported that my team abused vk rule by showing the timeframe when me and my team voted to vk him for trying to prolong the game with leavers gold/item. devnkev@useast.battle.net asked on map chat to !ff after those players left from Sentinel side with 2(Sentinel)VS 5(Scourge), but jihad@useast.battle.net refuses to !ff while airbinder@europe.battle.net from Sentinel team did !ff after devnkev@useast.battle.net asked to !ff. With that situation you can already see no point of prolonging the game, so devnkev@useast.battle.net initiate 1st to vk jihad@useast.battle.net, then the rest of scourge voted, so we can end it by kicking jihad@useast.battle.net who refuse to !ff and then airbinder@europe.battle.net can just !ff to end it.

!ff and !draw are not mandatory. It is a vote each player makes for themselves. Kicking a player just because they won't !ff is votekick abuse, hence the ban. Do you understand this now'?
