DotA registrations

This topic contains information for the DotA event. Replies should only be registrations; if you have questions about the tournament, please make a new topic in this section of the forum.

The June tournament DotA event will be happening from 6pm to 9pm EDT (10pm to 1am UTC/GMT) Friday and 3pm to 6pm + 7pm to 9pm EDT (7pm to 10pm and 11pm to 1am UTC/GMT) on Saturday and Sunday. The map will be the latest map at http://getdota.com and the mode will be -cm 5v5.
Registration closes May 30 at midnight.
Please copy the following format and reply with your team information. Do not register until you have a full team (four players)! It is imperative that you include all of the Warcraft III accounts that your team will be using, as non-included players won't be able to join the automatically hosted tournament games.
Note: you can include substitutes if desired.
