Hey,

We've created a new discord role, LIHL Candidates. Those who wish to join LIHL and want to observe games will be allowed to read #lihl-games channel and chat in #lihl-chat channel. This should ease their adaptation to the league, as well as allow them to observe games more easily.

Accordingly, the following rule has been changed in order to have a better screening process on who deserves to be protected from obs veto:

* One veto is enough to reject a player from observing a game, however, the observer spot may not be denied to moderators or LIHL Candidates.

If you wish to play LIHL or know a friend who'd be interested, let us know via PM or DM on discord in order to be added to the group.

There is a lihl candidate by the name " F. " . I dont know who that is, but he is sitting and reading our lobby for months now. I guess he needs to be removed.

Why would we remove a guy that does not hurt any1, but U it seems.
