Uhm, my elo is shitty, i dont have a steady one yet as i am still gaining. I play constantly with plenty of people who play lihl. I am in clan xPSx.

Looking at your stats, ELO and 2 of your last replays I think you are not there yet. Try to make sure you get a nice stable account in the 'normal' legion td ladder and save some replays in which you show you recover from a bad start or give account of an insight in legion that regular players do not have. As a rule of thumb, you might have a chance of getting accepted when you are 1300 ELO. 1500 ELO or more gives you a big chance to get accepted in the LIHL.
In august a new season starts, you can re-apply then if your stats have improved.
