I will need to look at some replays before I can make a decision, because of the following reasons: I have looked through the last 10 replays of you and in 0 games you were in the 'underdog' team. Also, you play a lot on the "euro-server", which is not a bad thing in itself, but I have experienced myself that the normal legion bots tend to be more skilled than the other servers.

If you wish, you can upload some replays you want me to watch yourself (don't upload games in which you have op-units or get fed a lot, but games in which you you show skill and insight in the game), otherwise I will randomly pick 3 or 4 replays and make a decision based on those replays.

I would certainly vote against him being vouched from what I recall of him.
Terrible attitude and mediocre knowledge of the game.
