Well tbh, he isn't a bad guy so I can't say I'm happy that he got denied.
On the other hand, everything you wrote about his builds I witnessed myself in games i played with him. He tries crazy tk builds, trying to hold with almost every roll he has and the thing I think is his biggest problem is not listening to advice from good players, as in even when 3 other teammates tell him the same thing. What Fate said I think is also spot on, if he keeps to standard stuff he actually pulls it off quite successfully.
As far as my opinion is worth, I think he has the minimum skill required to play in lihl and if only he listened to good players he would improve superfast and would probably see for himself how tk his builds were. The guy is no drama and I have never seen him flame anyone so if only he could get his attitude towards teamplay and towards learning from experienced lihlers straight he would fit in well.
