Any further thoughts: on start game techi was bot lane bara charged and when realize he will went on mines stopped charge, than going on bot rune (illusions) and send it straigt to mines.
on mins 21 and 23 he clicked on ulty mines techi on mid lane whit out any sentry wards on min 31 he clicked on invisible clinz request ban for maphacking.
