Gohan@west appears to be Solo.@west, based on his chat. Solo. has an extensive history of being banned for flaming, racist insults, game ruining, and votekick abuse. You should therefore consider extending his ban time greatly on that basis, as well as for his in-game racist insults in this particular game (a quick scan of the chat log shows his racist and disgusting spam).
