Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 6:00-6:10 he uses bottle up and readies to kill me before knowing if there is a rune there or not. No wards at all all game from him but they are in his inventory. 7:00-7:45, no wards but somehow, he knows I am coming that way to get Nessaj. He positions himself and prepares to kill me as I was heading towards that way. 11:00-11:15, no wards and he tp's away knowing troll and I are coming for him. Didn't get past that in the replay as it became inevitable at this point that he was maphacking.
Any further thoughts: He's clearly not a new player. I would ban any other accounts associated with his IP.

After reviewing:

6:00, gayngsta goes top rune and kills you with out vision of either you or the rune. Suspicious move.

7:45, Creeps were following you in that area for quite a while at that point. However, when you finally went for him, you're the one who came across him, he only seemed to react to it.

11:00, Despite looking pretty suspicious, he's not a new player as you said. When you see enemies middle, then suddently no one middle, you can only expect a gank is coming. However, he TP'ed right before he was able to see you coming which is suspicious. However, if he really did maphack, why did he wait before teleporting if he really saw you coming?

Overall, not enought proofs to call someone a MH'er.

Perhaps enjoys to play with people because it has maphack.

Irrelevant is no wards there, I dont know for sure about a map awareness. Prolly, its maphack for sure.
After reviewing: at 9:57 @bo[obs] @zamarok went to him to gank him. He tp'd before they came to him. He bought obs I weren't seen him using it yet.
Did you know that ursa clicked at top forest woods? He pinged in that direction hmmm? Whether, has maphack or not he's still unskilled with his ultimate nor maphack tool. Simply no knowledge of using maphack as it suits.

What is your conclusion regarding this? I may take a look and provide screenshots its would be much more easier. If poster did the same.

7:00-7:45, there is no way he could have known I was coming that way. You can see right on 7:37, he is waiting for me to pass by so he can use his spells. I am assuming he prepares himself so the fog wouldn't cancel his moves. There is zero indication of me going top whatsoever in that circumstance yet he is 100% prepared for it. That is strike two because the 6:00-6:10 incident would be two extremely coincidental events. He bottles up and uses his chilling touch spell on 5:55-5:58. He hasn't done that the entire game but randomly decides to do so and happens to see me as well? As for the 11:00-11:15, it all seems way too perfect for him to teleport like that. It wasn't as if he had any wards (because he has maphack, why would he actually care to ward?), and 16:18-16:25, he clearly knows I am waiting to sunder and thus, waits until nessaj gets baited for it and then follows through. Movements and actions are way too suspicious that I think it is clearly maphack.
