Any further thoughts: We tried kicking him a few times, but 1 person wouldnt vote and teal kept goin across river to feed, also he kept teleporting us back to fountain..straight game ruined, along with the other team who wouldnt VK him...he def deserves a long ban.

Minute 25:40 starts the first votekick by SHlT.HAWK. So far NGS did NOTHING against the rules. Never died intentionally. This votekick is a clear violation.
At minute 26:20, obviously provoked by the abusive votekick, ezalor sells all his items and buys branches.
Minute 27:30 the first intentional death. Rushes into slardar with no items and dies.
Minute 27:50 is the 2nd votekick. Players refusing : WWdota and Ghanima. Ghanima tho, typed !yes 10 seconds before the second votekick, thinking that the first votekick was still going. Was an honest mistake.
Minute 28 ezalor respawns and goes afk for over 4 minutes.
Minute 31:25 is the 3rd votekick. Players refusing : mikelarry, WWdota and LegionLord. ( all 3 his teammates ).
Meanwhile ezalor is back at fountain, teleporting people to him.
Minute 33 gyro is kicked after 5 minutes of afk, then someone uses his courier and hero to feed.
NGS obviously ruined the game. He got angry because of the false votekick, but that's no excuse. He should be banned for gameruin, afk, intentional feeding.
About the votekick. Player SHlT.HAWK should get a warning for votekick abuse, leading to ezalor doing what he did.
About the people who didn't accept. There were 3 votekicks, the only person who didn't vote for more than one rounds ( actually missed all 3 ), was WWdota. A warning should be given, unless his history requires a ban.
