By minute 9 rhasta died 3 times. None of that was intentional. He was getting ganked by bara, and had to lane with huskar. Not an easy thing to survive. And then you accept to votekick him, which is a clear votekick abuse. When you kick a player, there is a message warning you that kicking someone that is new to the game is abusive.
At 9:26 you announce in all chat that you are going to post everyone for refusing to accept this abusive votekick.

At this point rhasta is 1-4. Not as bad as you are claiming to be. No intentional death so far.
I notice rhasta starts playing more safe now, following the team around, trying to avoid getting charged by bara.

After a while it is clear that rhasta is not a good player, but still. Nothing justifies what you 've been doing.
Minute 23 you accept another abusive votekick.

In conclusion, epic_feeder was just a new player. But as i am sure you already know, ENT community is friendly towards new gamers. Epic_feeder should not be banned.
As for you, you should take a look at ENT's rules, memorize them, and please try to follow them. Your behavior could get you into trouble if someone decides to report you.

Agree with above. Rasta clearly inexperienced player. He ended the game 1-16, but there was also an 0-11 and an 0-13 in this game. Singling him out and postulating plant is not evidence based.
