Hello smartsmart, and thank you for posting. If you could, next time provide better timestamps please. For example, provide the exact timestamps the votekicks took place. It helps moderators alot.

Now on the matter. About kinde :
Right from the start, kinde's behavior is suspicious. He buys an item, then drops it to traxex. Traxex then throws in on the ground, he picks it back up and sells it. Then goes bot lane, tries to tank the first creepwave, and gets killed by the two enemy heroes.
Then he revives, sells his second item, and goes back bot with no items at all.
Minute 6:13 again he dies a very suspicious death. Gets hit by both enemies heroes and backs up only when it's too late. At this point, it's not very clear if he is just terrible, or intentional.
Then again, minute 12:20, same suspicious kind of death.
In the period between 15-22, all he did was spend about 3-4 mins in their fountain, and killed a total of 4 jungle creeps. Oh died once.
Minute 25 goes to farm in their jungle, kills two creeps, then backs to fountain with full hp/mana. Then he sells another one of his items. Leaves the fountain at 29. Then he goes back to jungle, farming creeps. Meanwhile his team is fighting very close to him, and he does nothing.
Minute 31 their barracks are getting destroyed, and he goes to help only when tower and mage-barrack are down.
Minute 35 he dies suspiciously to axe again.
Minute 37 enemy team is pushing bot tower/barracks, and he goes back to their jungle to farm. Then, one minute later he attacks all of them alone, and dies.
I am not sure if it's just his 1st or 2nd game, or if it's intentional. He said nothing the whole game. Not a word. But, he never helped his team, never defended, never pushed. All he did was afk/farm at jungle, and buy-sell random items.
Kinde should be banned for game ruin.

About the votekick :
Minute 3:30 is the first one. It is still pretty unclear what is going on, so this one should not be taken into consideration.
Minute 4:30 is the second. Same deal here, since he only died once so far, and the enemy team didn't see much of him. Those two votekicks are in the borders of abusive anyway, so just skip them.
Minute 11:49 is the 3rd. At this point, it is pretty clear what is going on with kinde. He is level 3 in 12 minutes, with terrible items, doing weird things. Players not accepting the votekick : sckfrg, aberval, crimsonthorn, underwear.
Minute 18 starts the 4th. Players refusing : aberval, underwear.
Minute 31:40 is the 5th. Players refusing : sckfrg, yourmomisbanned, aberval, tasiak, crimsonthorn, underwear.

Players aberval and underwear missed all 3 important votekick. They should be banned. ( I think aberval missed the first two as well ).
Players sckfrg and crimsonthorn missed 2 of the important votekicks. They should also be banned.
The rest accepted most of them. They should not be banned.

NOTE : By important, i mean the 3 last votekicks, where it was 100% clear that kinde was game ruining. The first two were too early to judge.

About the following message :

It was just one time thing. Harsh, but one time thing.

About xentric :
He spawned at 37:22, and stayed afk until the end of the game at 39. Total of 100 seconds. At this point the game was over, they had lost 2 sides, and were far behind at kills/items/levels. I personally played a few games with xentric, and he never did anything against the rules. I think it would be too much to ban him for that.

Once it finishes downloading, you just click on it, and watch the replay. When something you deem important happens, you take a note of the time it did, and fill it in your report. Helps alot.

kinde is a fairly new player but even so meets criteria for game ruin and is banned for 3 days.
yourmomisbanned's flame was not excessive and therefore not banworthy.
Only aberval and underwear will be banned for failure to votekick a clear game ruiner. All other players voted yes at some point.
xentric respawns at 3951 and is afk until game end at 4140. One rax was down but the game was not over. Xentric banned 3 days for prolonged afk/failure to defend.
