Furion:
Right from the the start grey picks furion and then sits afk in the fountain while moving. He then started taking and destroying team items during this time. He also only bought teleports using his own gold and then destroyed them. After awhile he then started teleporting to sentinel fountain and non-stop dying every time his tp skill cooled down. The scourge tried multiple times to VK him but it never passed. Furion then tried to votekick a teammate wrongfully

Geo:
Right from the start geo was flaming hard at legion. As the game went on it became more and more likely that he was multiboxing. He used furion to feed him at his fountain by having furion TP to his death over and over. Also, geo always backed at very suspicious times when trying to kill him. While it looked map-hackish, it was likely due to multiboxing from furion. He also scoffed at any votekick attempt and clearly was trying to improve his k/d by using furion. Furion also didnt seem active when geo was active which also indicated a mutibox.

Sentinel (except void):

They refused to VK despite me clearly stating all of the offenses furion was committing.

There should be no defense for any of the sentinel players to not have votekicked since furi was BLATANTLY ruining. The sent could see he was lev 1, he was TPing to his death and was starting wrongful votekicks.

While some sentinel players ended up voting late in the game, they should still be banned because they refused to vote kick earlier in the game when there was a chance the game could be saved. And in the end furi was never kicked.

This was probably the worst refusal-to votekick offense I've seen in all my games of dota.

Same case we've seen multiple times here.
On one side, flaming, highly insulting meepo. On the other, a level 1 afk 99% of the game furion.
Meepo trashing everything that moves. Furion teleporting on top of geo, feeding him.
Obvious multibox, most likely the same dodging scum again.

Furion is afk for the whole game at fountain.
Minute 8:30 he teleports right on top of geo at fountain and dies.
Minute 9:35 same.
Minute 10:40 same.
Minute 11:35 same.
At some point furion also stole an item from LC, around 9:00-11:00.
When votekicks start, this guy ( geo-furion, he is one), tries to comfuse others by votekicking random people.
I think it's pretty clear who he is, so i won't bother continuing.

About the votekicks.

Minute 6:31 is the 1st. Noone accepts. Should not really be considered as much, because furion tried to trick them by saying he is woods.
Minute 8:36 is the 2nd. At this point, everyone should accept. It's 100% clear. Players refusing : so_lost1, superdon, G00k_Ate_MY_dog, tenos_galatic, kerrigan.
Minute 9:46 it's abused by the multibox guy.
Minute 11:35 is the 3rd. Players refusing : so_lost1, EvoI, superdon, tenos_galatic, kerrigan.
1238 abused by multi again.
1408 4th. Players refusing : so_lost1, EvoI, superdon, tenos_galatic, kerrigan, wassup.
1512 abused by multi.
1718 5th. Players refusing : so_lost1, EvoI, superdon, tenos_galatic, kerrigan.
1820 abusive.
2045 6th. Players refusing : tenos_galatic. Only one guy refusing here. <--------------------
2142 abused.
2251 abused.
2356 7th. Players refusing : Noone actually accepts.
2502 abused.
2558 abused.
2803 abused.
2918 abused.

In my opinion, letting these people go without at least a warning, would be a mistake. They should have votekicked him in at least one of the 7 attempts.
Player tenos_galatic refused all 7 votekicks. He should be banned.
Players so_lost1, kerrigan, superdon refused 6 votekicks. They should be banned.
Player EvoI refused 5 votekicks. But he really wanted to kick him, spamming it in chat. He most likely forgot to actually do it. Understandable and honest mistake. Should not be banned/warned.

wrekerofurshit/mahobojalobox banned one year for dodge/maphack/multiboxing.
kerrigan, so_lost1, superdon, and tenos_galatic all banned 2 days for failure to votekick game ruiner.
